High Doctor Foundation is an independent foundation dedicated to research, education, science communication and cultural development around cannabis and cannabinoids. It grows out of accumulated experience promoting education, responsibility and culture, with one simple idea behind it: knowledge only matters when it circulates.

What we want to do

The foundation works across six areas that hold each other up: research, education, medical knowledge, harm reduction, community and culture, and international collaboration. None of them works alone. Research without communication reaches nobody; a campaign without a scientific basis stays a slogan.

  • Research: support projects on cannabinoids and make sure their results are explained in plain language.
  • Education: accessible resources, with no hype and no promises.
  • Medical knowledge: bring clinical practice and published evidence closer, because they often travel on different tracks.
  • Harm reduction: useful information for people already making decisions about their own use.
  • Community and culture: a space where the conversation does not start with prejudice.
  • International collaboration: Europe is the natural frame for a foundation that wants to build a network.

We are not a patients’ association, a company or a news outlet. We are a foundation that wants the conversation about cannabis to happen with data on the table.

How we work

Three commitments are non-negotiable for us:

  1. Always cite. Every relevant claim carries its source, and when there is no source, we say so.
  2. Separate what is known from what is hoped for. Evidence on cannabinoids moves slowly; promising more than exists is the fastest way to lose credibility.
  3. No medical advice. We explain what the literature says and point people to healthcare professionals when the question is clinical.

How to get involved

The foundation is building its network of researchers, doctors, educators, organisations and innovators. If you work in any of these fields, if you have a project that fits, or if you simply want to collaborate, write to highdoctorcsc@gmail.com or use the form on this website.

This blog is one piece of that work: here we will publish foundation news, research context and tools to read cannabis coverage without losing the thread.
